Support Camp Nelson's Trunk Or Treat Event

This year, Camp Nelson is putting Halloween on in a different fashion! Instead of the caravan this year, the John M Nelson Conservancy will be helping to sponsor our annual Trunk Or Treat in the Meadow.

There will be:

*Trunks full of Candy to Pass out

*Games and Prizes

*A Haunted House

*And Food and Drinks

Depending on funds that are raise we also hope to have:

*DJ or band

*Possibly a caterer to help with food

*Vendors

Donations:

We need the following items that can either be donated directly and/or monetary donations to be able to purchase these items:

*Halloween decorations for the Haunted house and Meadow decor

*Black plastic tarp wrap for Haunted House

*Rebar for haunted house

*2 by 4s for haunted house

*Hamburgers

*Hot Dogs

*Buns

*Condiments

*Chips

*Paper Plates

*Utensils

*Napkins

*Sodas, Juices and waters

*Game Prizes

*Candy

*Hire a DJ or Band

Volunteers needed for:

*Bring your vehicle, booth, or chairs and candy to pass out to the kids

*Participants to work the Haunted house

*Game workers

*Cooks that can bring a BBQ to help cook Hamburgers and Hot Dogs

*Food Servers to pass out to kids

P.S. I don't have an actual figure of how much we'd need, go fund me just had me type in a number. The more we raise, the more elaborate the event. If we raise too much then any extra profits will go back to the Conservancy for sponsoring us.
