Hi All

My name is Lizzie and I am one of Camille’s friends from Hawaii. Our dear friend Camille needs our support. While traveling solo in Iceland, Camille unexpectedly suffered a blood clot in her brain, leading to a brain bleed and a series of seizures. She is currently in the hospital receiving care and, thankfully, making steady progress toward recovery. We are especially hopeful for her continued cognitive healing. Rich (her boyfriend) flew up to Iceland once he received news that she was in the hospital to be with her and help to care for her during this time.

As Camille is overseas, her insurance situation remains uncertain, and she is now facing the burden of paying her medical expenses upfront. Her hospital stay is expected to cost between $60,000 and $100,000 — a staggering amount for anyone to shoulder alone.

We’re rallying together to raise funds to help cover her medical bills and ease the stress during this incredibly difficult time. Any amount you're able to contribute will go directly toward Camille’s care and recovery.
