Honoring Nam Nguyen – A Beloved Father, Taken Too Soon
On Saturday, June 28th, our hearts were shattered by the sudden and unexpected passing of Nam Nguyen — a devoted father, brother, and friend to so many. Nam found himself in a difficult life situation the past few years that he was unable to navigate out of. At just 52 years old, Nam leaves behind two incredible children, Camilla and Luke, who are now enduring unimaginable grief while trying to move forward with their lives.
Nam was a kind and lively man who brought joy and laughter wherever he went. He had an incredible ability to connect with everyone. Truly, he was everybody’s friend. His presence lit up every room, and his absence is deeply felt by all who knew and loved him.
His sudden passing has left a profound void in the lives of his children. Camilla is in her final year of college, preparing to graduate and step into the next chapter of her life — a moment now marked by grief. Luke is currently in high school and facing the difficult journey of growing up without his father’s support and guidance.
In addition to their emotional pain, Camilla and Luke are now facing significant financial uncertainty. As they begin the heartbreaking process of planning Nam’s funeral, they are also confronting the overwhelming costs that come with it — from funeral and burial expenses to ongoing household and living costs.
This GoFundMe campaign has been created to support Camilla, Luke, and their extended family during this incredibly difficult time. Your donation will go directly toward:
• Funeral and memorial expenses for Nam
• Immediate financial support for Camilla and Luke
• Household expenses and caregiving needs as they adjust to this new reality
• Educational support to help Camilla finish her degree and Luke continue his schooling
Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help ease the burden on the Nguyen family as they mourn, heal, and begin to rebuild their lives without Nam. Every contribution, no matter the size, is a gift of compassion and hope.
If you are not able to donate, please consider sharing this campaign with your friends, family, or community. Your support means the world.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you.
