April 17, 2025, we welcomed grand #3 into our wild and crazy family! In typical Norwood fashion, we do nothing without chaos and excitement! Sister immediately informed us that she “no like it!” (new baby brother). The first few weeks were quite stressful trying to help Shelby heal from her c-section, help Ellie and Arlow adjust to being three siblings, all while daddy went back to work, traveling 1 hour each way to and from work.

Due to Cameron’s long hours, he and Shelby made the decision to move closer to his job. After finding a new house, signing a new lease, and beginning the move, Cameron broke his leg and severely injured his ankle. He will be having surgery next week. The surgery and healing process will require him to be out of work for approximately 3 months. He is filing for short-term disability, which takes time to process and get approval, and will only cover a portion of his weekly salary.

First and foremost, we are asking for everyone’s prayers through this trying time of adjustment and healing for the family. We are also asking anyone who is able to donate to the financial needs for food, utilities, diapers, and medical expenses to carry the family through until Cameron can return to work.
