Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read about a very special young talent in our community! My name is Chef Jeffrey Schroer, and I am a Culinary Arts Instructor at North Technical High School in Florissant, MO. I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring many aspiring chefs and bakers at North Tech, but few have impressed me as much as Cameron White. This passionate and dedicated student has not only excelled in the classroom but has a dream that I believe is worth helping to make a reality.

Cameron has always had a love for baking, and after months of hard work, skill development, and refining his recipes, he is ready to take the next step and start his own cottage baking business. This is where we, as a community, can help.

The Need:

Starting a business is never easy, especially when you’re just beginning your culinary journey. Cameron needs to purchase a variety of equipment to get his business off the ground, including:

• Piping tools, decorating supplies, and specialized equipment

• Ingredients to launch his initial line of products, including high-quality flour, butter, and sugar.

As an instructor, I have watched Cameron pour his heart and soul into his work. For the past year, he has been refining his business plan, perfecting his standardized recipes, and determining the cost for his menu; all this is in addition to the regular coursework required at the two high schools he attends. Cameron is incredibly driven, focused, and committed to his craft, but without the proper equipment, it’s difficult to make that leap from student to business owner. This is where your support comes in.

Your donation will directly impact Cameron's ability to secure the necessary tools to get started, and more importantly, it will give him the confidence and encouragement to continue pursuing his dreams in the culinary world.
