Cameron's Brain Surgery Journey

Donation protected
After 23 years of living a happy, healthy life, Cameron suffered a major seizure on October 28, 2024.

Unbeknownst to him, there was a tumor slowly growing in his brain which caused the seizure, forever changing his life…

That same day, Cameron suffered another seizure while he was in the emergency room. When he woke up confused, bruised and sore, he was told about the seizures, thus beginning his emotional journey through multiple medical procedures, tests and doctor appointments.

Cameron was finally diagnosed with a Grade 2 Glioma (brain tumor) and with the support of his parents, Steve and Jill Provines, along with his long-time partner, Sydney Iandoli, they began searching for answers, weighing options with endless questions and research.
After consulting several specialists, Cameron and his family have decided to seek care at the University of California, San Francisco with Dr. Mitchel Berger, MD Neurosurgeon. UCSF Medical Center is ranked second in the country for neurology and neurosurgery.

Cameron and his family will be traveling to California again on January 15, 2025, for resection treatment and to determine the best course of action to prepare for surgery. His tentative date of surgery is currently January 28, 2025, to remove as much of the tumor as possible that is impeding on his “motor strip” which controls all motion and sensory skills on the right side of his body. The tumor is about the size of a ping-pong ball. After which, Cameron will begin the process of recovery, not knowing when he can return to work or travel back to his home state of Florida.

Please join us and support Cameron and his family with your prayers! We are very hopeful as these crucial days approach and we will use this media to update you on Cameron’s progress. Any financial donations are greatly appreciated and will help him tremendously on his long road to recovery!

Cameron thanks all of you for your encouragement, kind words and support which has sustained his positive attitude and prepares him for the fight of his life!
