Story

Hello everyone, my name is Grace Thelen. I am starting this fundraiser for my cousin Cameron who was recently diagnosed with left ventricular non compaction - which in other words means his lower left ventricle isn't ejecting or pumping out enough blood. In turn his heart is filling up with blood and becoming like a large hardened muscle-mass and has made his heart have to work alot harder than it should. His doctors said his ejection fraction percentage is 9-11%, where as a normal persons is 55%. If it continues down this road Cameron may need to be placed on the heart transplant list. Sadly Cameron has had to leave his latest adventure in Florida to move back to Minnesota to be treated at Mayo, he has quite a few appointments coming up which should give him some answers. Cameron thankfully has health insurance, but with not being able to work and the bills coming in we’re hoping to have a little help from our friends and family. We know it is the holiday season and it’s not possible for everyone to donate, and if not possible to donate all good words are extremely appreciated.
