Healing with Hope: Help Cameron Move Forward
Donation protected
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Cameron Chase had to have both legs amputated in early November. Cameron had previously suffered a life-threatening infection after sustaining a leg injury at work. During his recovery from this initial illness, he developed another severe infection and blood clots in both of his legs. To save his life, doctors had to amputate both of his legs. In the short span of 6 months, Cameron has had his world turned upside down. Days spent working on HVAC systems and playing with his young son Liam will now be focused on trying to heal physically, spiritually, and mentally while learning how to navigate his new life.
We started this GoFundMe to help him pay for his medical costs, and to help support him and his son during their time of greater need. Cameron will be unable to continue at his old job due to the significance of his injuries, so financial assistance is the best way to help him and his family while they navigate this hardship and reestablish their lives. The cost of prosthetics alone will be upwards of $100,000, and that is without accounting for any other medical bills or unforeseen complications.
This will be an extremely difficult time for the Chase family. Any little bit helps. We love Cameron and Liam with all of our hearts, and we know they can get through this with some help from all of us.
