Support Camden's Transition Journey

Hi everyone! Camden's wife, Natalie, here. Camden is preparing to continue his transition journey with top surgery. He has been wanting this for as long as I've known him if not longer. The time has come and surgery is scheduled for August 1st! He is so excited, albeit a little scared because ya know, surgery, but he is so ready for this next step. While we have a great support system to help us during the before and after, the price of any surgery is high.
