Calypso is our 3-year-old baby who swallowed tinsel. We thought and were hoping she was going to be okay. We took her to the pet ER and gave her medication to see if she would improve, but things got worse from there. She stopped eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom. This morning, she hid in our couch, which is so unlike her. I think she was looking for a place to die. So, we took her back this morning and she got X-rays. They told us there is no other choice, she has to have surgery.

We are scrounging for money and thinking of things to sell and ways to make more money. But we need help to get through this.
