Calvin recently experienced an unimaginable tragedy when his beloved service dog, Ophelia (“FiFi”), was fatally shot during an incident involving a Cobb County Sheriff’s deputy who was attempting to serve a warrant for an individual who did not live at Calvin’s home.
FiFi was not simply a pet. She was a professionally trained service dog who helped Calvin navigate each day with greater safety, confidence, and independence. She was his anchor through life’s challenges, always by his side, offering comfort, security, and unconditional love.
