Hi everyone!!

For those who may not know me, my name is Callie Suraci and for 9 years I have been serving on annual mission trips to the Dominican Republic. But if you do know me, you know how deeply my heart is rooted in La Romana, DR. Since I was 13 years old, I have traveled each summer with Liberty Community Church to serve in the Dominican Villages (bateyes) for one week while I do construction work to build homes and clinics, aid in providing medical care to people all around the country, distribute food and hygiene supplies to those without, and pray with countless families and individuals.

There’s something different about my upcoming trip this summer though… I’m going for three whole weeks!

What began as a one-week trip in 2017 has grown into something that feels like a second home and family. Every summer I return to the same communities, see the same smiling faces, and reconnect with friends I’ve made over the years and grown up with. These trips are not just short-term service projects; they are life changing and humbling experiences, and I couldn’t be more blessed to return for my 9th trip.

I am incredibly thankful to be able to return every year, and I don’t take any of the financial and prayerful support that I’ve received over the years for granted. Being able to go for three weeks this year means more time to build, more opportunities to serve the beautiful people of the Dominican, and deeper connections with the friends I’ve come to know and love.

The total cost for this three-week mission is $2,825, which covers travel, housing, meals, and ministry expenses. If you feel led to support me financially, any amount truly helps and is deeply appreciated. If I raise more than my goal, any additional funds will go directly toward supporting the ongoing mission work in La Romana.

Regardless of financial support, prayers are ALWAYS appreciated. Prayers for safe travels, for the communities we serve, and for open hearts in order to have a mindset of serving the Lord.
