My name is Jaimie I am a single mom to a beautiful little girl named Calista. Previously I had a go fund me for her first spinal surgery and the time I was out of work. I was told it was suppose to be successful and she wouldn’t have any issues. Here I am 2 years later having to miss more work and travel with no PTO left and no savings left.

As sick as it makes me to swallow my pride again, I am asking for any help to cover the financial strain/burden of the stay and with bills while I am out of work traveling to Long Island for her procedures and possible second spinal surgery.

just a quick back story- Calista has VACTERAL SYNDROME. Her entire spine is affected. 90% of her vertebrae’s are butterfly 5% ate hemi-vertabreas and the remaining are normal. She has scoliosis in her upper spine a few a
ofnher ribs are fused which worsens the scoliosis she has a cyst in her spinal cord filled with fluid at this time they are watching it and doing periodic scans. She had her spinal cord released a month after she turned 2. Her urologist, nephrologist and neurosurgeon thing it has retethered which is typically very rare. However she has frequent leaking(of urine) and abdominal pain chronically to the point of being sick to her stomach.

I have missed so much work this winter due to her being sick. I have used all of my PTO and have not been able to get a savings going since our last surgery.

any little bit helps.
