My name is Pam Gordon, and I’ve been incredibly blessed to share my life with the most amazing dog, Cali. She has brought endless love, joy, and comfort into my life.
Sadly, the past two years have been incredibly tough. At just 8 years old, Cali was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. Since then, she has bravely endured six surgeries, five rounds of radiation, and two ACL knee injuries. I truly believed we had turned a corner.
But just eight months later, a new cancerous mass has developed — and now we’re facing yet another surgery, scheduled for next Wednesday.
Emotionally, I’m heartbroken. Financially, I’m at my limit. I’ve done everything I possibly can to fight for Cali’s life, but I can no longer do this alone. Without support, I may be forced to let this tumor grow unchecked — and I can’t bear the thought of losing my best friend when there is still hope.
If you’re in a position to help in any way, it would mean the world to both of us. Your kindness could make all the difference in giving Cali another chance at life.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Pam & Cal
