Hi, our names are Olivia, Elle, Nicole and Jeff. Today, we are fundraising for Cale Cornwell.

 

After being laid off from his job, Cale was diagnosed with cancer. His cancer is treatable, but his family is faced with the significant financial challenges. Money is needed to pay for his cancer treatment and medication, their rent, utility bills, and living costs.

 

Cale and his family have always worked to stand on their own feet.  They are much more likely to offer help than request for help for themself, but this time is different, and it’s they who need some help.  We’re asking others to please support Cale and the family, just as they’ve done for others in the past. 

 

About 8 months ago, Cale lost his full-time job. His employer agreed to keep him on as a contractor, but his benefits were terminated. During this time, he began feeling sick with ever increasing pain. With no benefits nor income, his pain reached a point where working even part-time was no longer an option. Eventually, he went to the emergency room and was referred to oncology for a biopsy. This lead to the current diagnosis: Oropharyngeal cancer.

 

The good news is the cancer is treatable, however he needs your help, as the costs of healthcare are way too much for him and his wife to withstand. He is in the process of establishing a treatment plan which will amount to significant and mounting expenses.

Money is needed for the regular necessities of life as well as medical and treatment bills. Any amount helps relieve stress while the family goes through this challenging time. Please help spread the word and give what you can.
