On July 30 , Caleb was seriously injured in a jet ski accident in San Diego, CA that left him with a shattered pelvis and unable to work for 6 months at minimum. After emergency care and 2 extensive surgeries, he’s now facing a long road of recovery, including rehab, follow-up care, traveling back to Oklahoma, and basic living expenses during his downtime.

We’ve had many people ask how they can help, so we are raising funds to cover:

* Physical therapy & rehab that is not fully covered by insurance

* Rent & utilities while Caleb is unable to work

* Basic living essentials (food, hygiene, transportation)

* Travel expenses to get back to Oklahoma & for family helping with care

* Medical equipment & supplies
