Hi, I am Caleb's sister. On 4/14/2026, he went to the ER after talking to our mother. Honestly? Thank every single God and entity you believe in that he listened. He was diagnosed with severe kidney failure resulting in metabolic acidosis. We have a family history of Alport Syndrome that we are believing is the culprit. He is a father, brother, son, avid hunter, and an insanely hardworker. He has a kidney biopsy on 4/15/26. Pending those results, my 24 year old brother may have to be placed on dialysis, placed on a transplant list, quit his HVAC job, and hope for disability.
