Caleb has spent most of his life in and out of hospitals. Born with complex medical needs, he’s faced more procedures, diagnoses, and close calls than most can imagine. Deaf, nonverbal, oxygen-dependent, and still battling undiagnosed complications, Caleb’s life has never been easy—but it’s been powerful.

Doctors never expected him to make it this far. But here he is—turning 21.

Through it all, Caleb has shown incredible resilience and joy. He finds beauty in the little things: music, gaming, and his absolute favorite; dancing. Now, we want to honor him with something he’s never had—a real, medically supported experience beyond hospital walls.
