As everyone may have heard already, Caleb Bentley had a very unfortunate medical emergency on his way to work Wednesday morning. By the grace of God he has pulled through this but still has a tough road ahead. His fellow railroad brothers wanted to come together & help raise funds for his family during this difficult & unexpected time. I feel like us fellow railroaders have a special bond that we share due to the long hours we spend with one another over the years as we labor. Those that know Caleb know he’s a ball of fire & gives all he has for any task he’s faced with in life! Whether it be spending time with his loved ones, in the woods where he feels at peace, at work, or coaching all the young boys and girls to be the best that they can possibly be! With that being said what better way to honor him who’s such an inspiration to others. I feel like this Go Fund Me page is a more modern way of being able to reach those that we fall out of touch with that might want to contribute to helping his family ease the financial burden of what is to come from here. We’re not sure how long he will be out of work. We have talked to the family to make sure they are ok with this. Don’t feel obligated to give at all if your heart tells you otherwise, a kind word, most importantly a prayer to the good Lord above is even better! But if you feel the need to give, know that it will go to a beautiful, hard working family that will forever be grateful to any and all who chooses to give!
