The Caldwell University Cheer Team is made up of 35 dedicated athletes who are passionate about their sport and determined to make a difference. As the team captain, I’ve seen firsthand how hard everyone works, even when faced with challenges like limited equipment and resources. Right now, we only have two cheer mats, which makes it difficult and unsafe to practice properly. Without enough mats and uniforms, our team can’t train at our best or ensure everyone’s safety, and it’s holding us back from reaching our full potential.

This year, we have a huge goal: to compete in Daytona, Florida. It’s something our team has dreamed about for years, but the costs for competition fees, choreography, music, and travel are more than we can cover on our own. We didn’t even have a coach until 2021, and we’re still working to build our program. Competing in Daytona would be a major step forward, showing everyone what we’re capable of and helping us grow as a team.

Your support would mean the world to us. Every donation helps us provide a safer environment, get the equipment we need, and give 35 athletes the chance to continue the sport they love. We’re grateful for any help as we work to build the cheer program and make our dream of competing a reality.
