Support Caitlyn's Fight Against PNH

As many of you know, Caitlyn Book has been dealing with a rare, serious medical condition called Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria since early 2023. The disease is characterized by destruction of red blood cells, blood clots, multiorgan damage, and bone marrow failure- meaning that red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets can all be affected. Caitlyn has experienced many hospitalizations, blood transfusions, and complications, including bowel obstructions requiring surgery over the last year due to this disease. She is preparing for a bone marrow transplant in August. This will likely be a cure for PNH, but is a huge undertaking and will require her to spend several months away from work in the hospital and isolated to her home. Caitlyn's strength and positivity through this experience is inspiring!
