Update 6/25/26- on Monday Caitlyn was careflighted back to JPS in FtWorth with a severe infection. They did emergency surgery early Tuesday and another surgery today Thursday the 25th. She has wound vac for the next 3 days. Once those 3 days are up than they will take another culture. Once the infection is clear, they will replace the hardware in her spine so that she does not get another infection. We are here for another couple weeks. We are on the waiting list for Ronald McDonald house again. Until then, we are at the mercy of hotels and Air B&B. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, Caitlyn Garcia was involved in a serious car accident that changed her life in an instant. She suffered a broken back, collarbone, and scapula, and is now facing a long and challenging road to recovery. Caitlyn is my daughter, and seeing her go through this has been heartbreaking for our family. We are doing everything we can to support her, but the journey ahead will require more help than we can manage alone.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Caitlyn’s medical bills, rehabilitation, and the travel expenses for hospital visits in Fort Worth. Every dollar will help ease the financial burden and allow us to focus on Caitlyn’s healing and well-being.
