My name is Amy Poteet. I have lived on Astoria Court in Greenwood for over 20 years.

On November 6th, 2025, our dear neighbors Caitlyn Tinsley and James Ashby (also known to many as Trey) experienced a devastating house fire that left them without their home and belongings. While we're incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, the loss is total, and the road ahead will be long.

Caitlyn and Trey are insured, and they haven't asked for help. But in true Astoria Court fashion, neighbors, friends, and family have reached out asking, "How can we support them?" This GoFundMe is simply a place for those who feel moved to give.

We all know that insurance takes time, and in the meantime, there are countless expenses: temporary housing, clothing, food, essentials, and the emotional toll of starting over. Your donation will help ease the financial burden while they wait for reimbursement, and more importantly, it will remind them that in this world, there are neighbors who truly love their neighbors.
