My sister Caitlin was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer just after her 32nd birthday. Her cancer is fast progressing as the lump has doubled in size since her first exam in December. Because of the progression, Caitlin is needing to undergo 8 rounds of chemotherapy before having surgery to remove the lump. However, due to not having health insurance, she is paying completely out of pocket. She is needing a down payment of 1/4 of the cost to begin chemotherapy.
