I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, and this has been one of the hardest and most unexpected moments of my life. As I begin to process what this diagnosis means, I am also facing the emotional, physical, and financial challenges that come with treatment and recovery. I was encouraged by my friends to create this fundraiser because they wanted a way to support me during this time. Asking for help does not come naturally to me, but I am learning to accept kindness and support from the people around me.

The funds raised through this fundraiser will help me cover medical bills, holistic treatments, recovery needs, and other expenses that may come up as I focus on healing. My hope is to be able to put my energy toward treatment and getting better without carrying the full weight of the financial stress alone.
