Support Cae's Recovery from Severe Hypertension

Hello there, I’m Carlos Colmenares, aka Cae, and unfortunately (my own doing), I ended up getting sick and with a medical leave. I got diagnosed with high blood pressure since I was 25 years old, but I was not giving it the proper attention. Time passed, and I was at MedExpress 1 month ago being rejected because they couldn’t treat my blood pressure that peaked at 240. So, I was admitted into the ER, and for 2 days, the doctors tried to bring my blood pressure down so I wouldn’t have a stroke or something else. Now, I’m at home trying to make a turnaround on my old habits, but medical bills and house bills are piling up. Update: I’m now a type 2 diabetic and I have to take insulin and hypercholesterolemia ( high cholesterol ) . Any support is gonna be appreciated.
