Hi, my name is Caden. I'm 17, and my dream is to become a pilot — a dream I'm finally pursuing, as l've just started my flight training. My journey hasn't been easy. My dad, a retired widower, has raised my sibling and me alone since my mom passed away when I was 8. I've already taken my discovery flight, earned my first-class medical certificate, obtained my student pilot's license, and I'm training both in the air and on a borrowed simulator.
