Help Us Rebuild a Village in Nigeria — School, Water, music and Hope

Hey guys—Isaac here from The Sound of Us.

A close friend of mine, Caci Africa, is leading a project in northern Nigeria for a village of persecuted Christians that was recently attacked.

Right now, families there are living without something many of us take for granted:

no school for their children… and no reliable access to clean water.

Construction on a school has already begun, but they ran out of funds. Because it’s built with mud bricks, if a roof isn’t added soon, the rains will destroy everything they’ve worked for.

Their water situation is just as urgent. The current well is so limited that it can take up to an hour just to fill a single bucket.

We have the opportunity to change that.

This fundraiser will help:

Complete the school so children can finally receive an education

Drill a sustainable water source so families have consistent access to clean water

A Personal Commitment

I’m putting up a $2,000 matching grant—so the first $2,000 given will be doubled.

This is just stage one of bringing real hope and essential resources to this community.

Anything given beyond our goal will be carefully and prayerfully used to bring the greatest level of support possible to this village in northern Nigeria.

Why I’m Personally Involved

I’m not just sharing this—I’m fully invested.

Right now, I’m actively helping rebuild a destroyed church in Mozambique, and I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people come together to restore a community.

I also work alongside Iris Ministries, one of the most established and trusted Christian nonprofits in the world, serving vulnerable communities globally.

Every dollar raised from this campaign will go directly to Caci Africa’s foundation to support this village.

Through The Sound of Us, I’ll personally help bring music into this village—

writing songs with the kids, capturing their stories, and giving them a voice the world can hear.
