The Empowering Communities for Public Safety ordinance is an advance in our struggle for community control of the police. This victory empowers individuals most impacted by police violence - Black, Latine, Indigenous communities - to have a decisive voice in CPD policy. ECPS created the most democratic police accountability system in the nation, and we need your support as we enter into this new stage of struggle.
