Hey everyone, Tailer here. My best friend, Buster, has a cancerous tumor that has taken over his top front teeth and it needs to be removed as soon as possible. It is Squamous cell carcinoma, and with the removal surgery and potential radiation, the oncologist says the likelihood of it returning is low. Buster is a very healthy 9 year old Queensland Heeler that lives a very active and fun lifestyle. This is around half the lifespan of this breed. Let's help Buster become cancer free!

The surgery has potential to be quite technical, due to the proximity of the tumor being so close to the snout. There is potential the bone will be removed from his front upper jaw.. and if the cancerous cells can't fully be removed due to this proximity, the next step would be radiation.

This procedure requires a few exams and a CT scan before the surgery can begin. After the surgery, if they need to perform radiation treatments, there will be a second CT scan before the radiation begins. All of this amounts to a huge expense, starting at $12k and adding up to $30k+. I am reaching out to community to help me help Buster.
