The Burncoat High School Band is growing — and we couldn’t be more proud of our students. Their dedication, talent, and commitment to representing our school and community continue to shine at every football game, parade, and performance. But with that growth comes a challenge we need your help to solve:
Right now, only 27 of our band members have matching jackets for our performance uniform. With nearly 50 students in the ensemble, that means close to half of our band is performing without the full uniform that helps them look—and feel—like a united team.
We are raising $2,300 to purchase 25 additional matching jackets so every student can step onto the field equally, confidently, and with the pride that comes from truly belonging.
Uniformity is more than clothing. It’s about:
- Equity: Every student deserves to feel like a full member of the ensemble, regardless of financial barriers.
- Professionalism: Matching uniforms help our group present as polished, cohesive, and competition-ready.
- School Spirit & Confidence: When students look the part, they perform with more confidence and take greater pride in representing Burncoat High School.
- Community Identity: Our band is often the public face of our school at community events. Matching uniforms allow us to honor that responsibility with dignity.
Our students give countless hours to rehearsals, performances, and leadership within the Burncoat Music Magnet Program. We want to give them the tools—and the attire—that reflect the level of excellence they strive for every day.
