Help Bunny Recover From Emergency Surgery

Bunny is our playful, loving, and happy 6-year-old French Bulldog — a little bundle of joy who fills our home with laughter. She loves sunbathing, cuddling, and playing with her favorite toys.

This morning started like any other: Bunny had her breakfast, enjoyed a walk, and seemed perfectly fine. But shortly after, everything changed. She suddenly began bleeding, had seizures, and fell into respiratory distress.

We rushed her to the emergency room, where we received heartbreaking news: Bunny had developed a severe uterine infection (pyometra), a life-threatening condition that required immediate surgery. She underwent an emergency spay and is now being monitored overnight at BluePearl Animal Hospital to ensure she recovers safely.

As many of you know, emergency veterinary care is incredibly expensive. Bunny’s bill has reached $10,000 — a sudden and overwhelming cost for our family.
