With the current state of our local Church, most parish funds are used just to keep parishes afloat, leaving little for young adult ministries and evangelization efforts. This fundraiser is a way for our community to directly invest in the formation and growth of local Catholic young adults, reviving our diocese and inspiring hope for the future. Your support will make a real difference in the lives of young adults in Western New York who are eager to serve, learn, and grow.

This past year, I have been helping my sister lead a young adult group based out of St. Vincent de Paul in Springbrook called "The Way." I have experienced first-hand the revival that our local Church is going through. Young people are passionate about Jesus, community, and sharing the faith. I have seen how our community has spilled over into parish life, helping St. Vincent de Paul become one of the youngest Churches in the Diocese.

In working with other young adult groups in the area, I have seen similar momentum happening all across the Diocese of Buffalo! Many of the groups are fully self-funded with little outside help. Giving to this fundraiser will directly support these groups across our Diocese:

• The Young Adults of the Way, St. Vincent de Paul (Springbrook)
• Fraternity of Francesco, St. Gabriel's/Martyr MMA, St. Gabriel's (Elma)
• Ignite the Light, St. Gabriel's (Elma)
• St. Gregs Young Adults (Williamsville)
• Magdalene Women's Group (Buffalo)
• Emmaus Young Adults (Swormville)
• Gather Young Adults (Attica)
• Young Adults of Buffalo (Buffalo)

Funds will be used for the following:

• Food and event supplies for weekly young adult events
• St. Ignatius Catholic Study Bibles/Great Adventure Bibles
• SEEK26 Conference Scholarships for young adults
• Bible study/small group materials
• Funds for groups to go on/plan spiritual retreats
• Materials for homeless ministry
• Expanded hospitality and outreach ministries
