Support Buddy's New Life on Wheels

This is Buddy. He was dumped and shot and in his spine and he’s now permanently paralyzed with no use of his back legs. He was brought into the local animal hospital where they used some of their funds to give him needed medical attention as well as board him. Due to the amount of animals that have come in there were not much funds left for him to stay and a hard decision was going to have to be made unless we could find someone to adopt him. There is a wonderful family waiting for him in Wyoming that have reached out and would love to add him to their family! Not only did we find him a loving home but we also got a wheelchair donated to him His transport to get to Wyoming is about $1,000 and they’re wanting to build him a ramp as well for him to get up and down with his wheelchair which will be another costly addition. Since his hospital stay, Buddy has had some issues with sores from scooting around before he got his wheelchair and needed some medications at his last vet visit. These are the type of medical rescue cases I like to focus on because without any of this effort, people to donate, and/or share his story he would have already been dead. I know we can’t save them all but K9-Kids rescue likes to at least try with a motto of “no dog left behind” no matter how severe the case is. Buddy’s journey is almost done and we are asking for donations to help this family out with the cost of his transport and dog ramp. Every little bit counts. Even if we can’t get everything covered it still helps relieve this family of some financial stress especially during the holiday season.
