- This handsome young man is my 9-year-old grandson, Bryson. Bryson was sitting in front of his house when a school bus ran over him. He was Life Flighted to a trauma center in Houston. His injuries are severe and life-altering. These funds will be used to provide the around-the-clock care Bryson needs as he deals with a very different life. “I’m updating this post to share a setback in Bryson’s recovery. We were back in surgery yesterday. This surgery and subsequent treatment will push Bryson’s ability to go home now to 6/8 weeks. He is in a great deal of pain and cannot sleep through the night.
Questions have been asked about this fund raiser, these funds will be used to offset the out of pocket cost that are affecting family at this present time and for the next two months. Parking, meals, hotels (family lives 1 hour are more away, daily trips to the hospital and more.
