Bryson Parker is a 21-year-old student-athlete at a college in Montgomery, Alabama. On April 26, 2025, Bryson was in his dorm room when he was awakened by a seizure. Once Bryson realized what was happening, he tried to sit up. Unfortunately, he fell landing in a position that caused him to break his neck in C-4 and C-5. Bryson underwent a 5-hour surgery on Saturday, April 26th, and a 4-hour surgery on Sunday, April 27th. Bryson is paralyzed and is in the Shepard Rehab Center in Georgia. He is working very hard every day trying to regain as much strength in his extremities as possible. Also, he is trying to not get depressed and remain in good spirits. His mother (Kenya Alexander Gailes) has been by his side since this incident happened. This is an opportunity to help relieve any financial stress that happens when you stop working to take care of a loved one without advance notice.
