On Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, Brynlee was on her way home from school on the bus, but never made it home after getting off the bus. This immediately worried her parents, who reached out to authorities to report her missing. The entire community came together in the search for Brynlee, and her story quickly spread across social media. Hundreds of people shared her story, checked their outdoor cameras, and worked together to piece together where she could possibly be.

As more information came in, a little boy bravely came forward and said he saw Brynlee get into a vehicle after getting off the bus. The community responded with an outpouring of support—hundreds of volunteers, firefighters, and police searched tirelessly to find her. Thanks to these efforts, Brynlee was found safe, far from home, but what matters most is that she was found. She was located around 1:30 on Thursday, January 22, 2026, and is now back in her parents' arms.

New information was released tonight, Friday, January 23rd, about what happened the night Brynlee was taken. And the events that took place were very horrible.

While Brynlee is safe, her family is now facing the aftermath of this traumatic experience. They may need help with counseling, time off work, and possibly a new transportation situation to ensure Brynlee’s safety and well-being. Lawn Monster is also going to be gifting a trip to Disney World for the whole family to go and have some fun quality time together, filled with laughter and happiness at the happiest place on earth.
