Support Bryan's Fight Against Rare Disease

Hi everyone,
I’m sharing this on behalf of my brother, Bryan — someone who means the world to me and to so many others who know and love him. Bryan is truly one of the most caring, generous, and compassionate people I’ve ever met. I feel incredibly lucky not only to call him my brother, but also my best friend.
For years, Bryan has faced significant health challenges. Fifteen years ago, we nearly lost him due to a blood clot in his leg that traveled to his lungs. The doctors told us that if it had been just a fraction larger, he wouldn’t be here today. That incident left lasting damage, and his leg has never fully recovered. He’s lived with chronic pain, swelling, and a persistent ulcer ever since.
On April 16, Bryan was admitted to the ER after experiencing extreme pain and swelling in his leg — nearly double its normal size. He’s undergone countless tests, and while the current diagnosis is several infections, the doctors are still working to get it under control. He remains in the hospital, struggling to move around on his own, and there’s no clear date for when he’ll be able to go home.
As if that weren’t enough, Bryan was also diagnosed last August with idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (IMCD), a rare, life-threatening blood disorder and low-grade cancer. He’s been receiving treatments every three weeks since October. Unfortunately, recent scans have shown that his lymph nodes have continued to grow, and he will soon begin a new and more aggressive treatment plan.
Between the hospital stays, ongoing treatments, specialist visits, and medications, Bryan’s medical expenses are mounting quickly. And with his current condition, it’s uncertain when he’ll be able to return to work.
Our family is doing everything we can to support him, but we’ve reached a point where we could truly use your help. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean the world to us. Your generosity will go directly toward helping Bryan cover his medical bills and living expenses while he focuses on healing.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, love, and prayers.
With gratitude,
Kara
