Update—Brooke has been home for about 3 weeks now just trying to adjust to her new life. She has to have constant care 24/7 which is a huge task for her boys. She has to a lot of therapy which makes her tire pretty easy. She is loving the visitors she has gotten so please keep coming!!
I have raised the limit on her account because there are so many things she will need during her long recovery and I know we can raise it. Again, if you have donated she and her boys are so appreciative of your generosity and if you haven’t and are able it won’t go unnoticed. Brooke loves you all and know that if she was able she would tell each one of you. Thank you again for helping my sister , Kole , Trey and Drew during this time.
My dear friends and family. My sister Brooke needs your help once again. She has been dealt with yet another medical situation.
- Thursday night she was taken to the emergency room where they determined she had a brain aneurysm that ruptured. She was sent to SaintGeorge and then immediately life flighted to IMED in Murray Utah and underwent 2 procedures back to back. The first having a catheter placed to unclog the vein and then the second to place drains in her head to drain the excess fluid. She is very sick right now and if she makes it through this she could still end up with some medical disability because of all the trauma to her brain.
The update today is that the dr are a bit more optimistic then they were Thursday night. Her vitals are looking good but is still sedated.
I am setting up this go fund me account to help with the medical bills that will be a result of this unfortunate happening. Brooke has been though a lot and If you are able to donate please do. Her boys don’t need the burden of dealing with this part. They need to focus on their mom and getting her home.
