Support Brooke's Recovery After Tragic Accident
Donation protected
Dear Family and Friends,
On October 20, 2024, Brooke’s life was changed forever. Brooke was driving home from work. At the same time another person was choosing to drive drunk. By the grace of God, Brooke survived a head on collision by a wrong way drunk driver on the freeway going freeway speeds. Of course, the person driving drunk had no car insurance.
Brooke sustained multiple life threatening/life changing injuries. She had to endure multiple trauma surgeries. She spent three weeks in the hospital and will spend much of the next year recovering from her injuries with many doctor appointments and physical therapy to help her get back to a normal life.
Brooke is a 21-year college student at UW Milwaukee majoring in psychology. Because of the accident, Brooke has had to withdraw from school to focus on her recovery. She also worked 2 jobs to pay her bills and her rent and is now unable to work because of her injuries. Brooke had her own car which was completely destroyed in the accident. At the moment, she is unable to drive because of her injuries.
Any donation, no matter the size, is very appreciated and will go towards helping to pay for Brooke’s rent, any medical expenses not covered by insurance and towards replacing her car, which she will need once she is able to work and go to school again.
May God heal Brooke quickly and may He bless you for your generosity.
Gratefully,
Brooke’s Grandma Nancy
