Hello, my name is Dwayne and I'm raising funds for my lovely wife/girlfriend of 17 years. She's fighting stage 4 Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (LCNEC): a rare, highly aggressive subtype that shares features with small cell lung cancer. This was very sudden and shocking news.
