Support Brooke Covey’s Recovery from a Rare Medical Emergency
Several weeks ago, 14-year-old Brooke Covey, daughter of Bill and Jen Covey, suffered a severe allergic reaction to a medication that triggered Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS). This rare and painful condition affects the skin and mucous membranes, leaving Brooke in critical condition.
While her vitals remain stable, Brooke is facing severe complications, including painful blisters covering her body and abrasions in both eyes. A dedicated team of doctors and specialists is working to manage her condition to prevent it from worsening, while also addressing her epilepsy and allergies.
This has been an overwhelming and emotional time for the Covey family. Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial burdens they are facing, including medical expenses, time away from work, and ongoing care as Brooke begins her long road to recovery.
Your support will help with:
Medical bills and treatments
Travel and lodging expenses
Lost income from time off work
Additional support for Brooke’s recovery
Above all, Bill and Jen are asking for prayers for Brooke’s healing, protection from vision loss, and strength for their family during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping this sweet family through their journey.
