On behalf of my Niece and Nephew Brooke and Carter Friedrichsen, I have created this GoFundMe to help support them during an incredibly difficult time. They were put in the heartbreaking position of having to plan a memorial for their father, Matthew Friedrichsen, who passed away unexpectedly at the young age of 44. Brooke, only 21, and Carter, 18, are now facing not only the pain of losing their Dad, but also the emotional and financial weight that comes with making final arrangements. My hope is that this fundraiser can help ease some of that burden so they can focus on honoring their father’s memory and finding comfort in each other.

Any contribution—no matter the size—will go directly toward funeral and memorial expenses, and to help Brooke and Carter as they navigate life after this unimaginable loss.

“Heaven gained our dad far sooner than we could have ever imagined. His passing was unexpected and while our hearts are broken, we rest in assurance that he is now made whole. He is now the man that God had always intended him to be.
