Brody has been facing a difficult health journey for the past three years, struggling with long Covid and Epstein-Barr. In May, he caught another virus that has left him mostly bedridden, only able to get up for a couple of hours once or twice a week. This has deeply affected his ability to participate in school and daily activities, and it’s been heartbreaking to watch him miss out on so much of his life.

We are working closely with a functional medicine doctor who is taking a holistic approach to Brody’s care, looking at his whole body to find ways to help him heal. The process has been challenging, as many treatments and therapies we’ve tried so far haven’t worked, and we’re constantly searching for new options that might help Brody recover. Each month brings new doctor appointments, treatments, and supplements, all of which add up quickly and put a significant financial strain on our family.

As Brody’s parent, I am doing everything I can to support his recovery, but the costs are overwhelming.
