Unfortunately on 2/27 Brodie was viciously attacked by our foster dog Earl. We took in Earl with the hopes of saving him from being euthanized due to his breed restrictions in PG county but that quickly changed 24 hours later. Brodie went to play and an unprovoked Earl quickly turned on him and began to attack and shake him. Brodie has substantial injuries that will not only follow him for the rest of his life but also cause a long road to recovery. As a result of the attack Brodies ear was torn 80% off and may have permanent hearing loss. He’s gone through numerous surgery’s already and will continue to need plastic surgery to fix and replace the missing parts of his ear. We are raising funds to help cover taking off work and future care he will need. Thank you for helping our boy & keeping him in your thoughts. He’s the strongest 8 year old we know!
