On January 10th, 2021, Broderick Hollins received parole!!!
Broderick was imprisoned for 12.5 years. He is cherished member of Northwestern University’s Prison Education Program and is in the process of applying to receive his Bachelors of Science from Northwestern’s School of Professional Studies. He is extremely passionate about learning and is excited to continue his academic studies outside prison walls. We are beyond excited that he is free and able to spend time with his children and family and everyone who loves him.
Last year, Broderick was hospitalized with COVID-19, which was particularly harrowing because he is asthmatic. Given surge in COVID due to the omicron variant, we could not be more thrilled that Broderick is free and able to attend to his health and heal among family and friends.
We have set up this GoFundMe to raise money to support Broderick’s return home, and all of the funds raised will go directly to Broderick. Thank you so much for your support!
