Let me start by saying thanks for taking the time to stop by and view this page. Even the thought of it means the world to Brock, his family, and myself alike. My name is Josey Carithers, and I’m raising money to help offset some of the expenses and lost income from Brock not being able to work.

I’ve known Brock for years as I’ve worked with him at a previous employer and our current one. He is a good foreman, loving husband, and father. What started as appendicitis has developed into more complications. He is now facing the recovery for the appendicitis as well as his kidneys starting to fail and shut down. Most of us know the burden of unexpected medical bills and the sudden loss of income from our normal jobs, so I’m trying to raise money to help him and his family in these difficult times.

Brock has been in the power line industry for a long time and has always been dependable and calls it like he sees it. From chasing storms to building regular jobs, Brock always strived to give his best every day he was able to work. One day in the near future, he will be back out on the line helping our local communities have a more reliable power infrastructure. He does have insurance and such, but he and his wife are starting to look toward retirement as his children are all older and in college or married now. We all know that short-term disability is only enough to cover a few bills every month. If you can find it in your hearts to donate something toward this cause, it would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t afford to donate money, prayers would also be welcomed, I’m sure. If we can all come together and raise enough money, his family will have that much less to worry about and can focus more on being by his side and helping him recover.
