Update 4:55pm on September 9, 2026:

Brittony was declared brain dead on September 8th, 2026 at 6:32 pm. Now begins the process of making funeral arrangements and dealing with the expenses incurred in the ICU. My aunt has been facing her own health issues and she has been unemployed. These sudden expenses are making a difficult situation even tougher. This is has been devastating for her mother and our family. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

The Story:

On Saturday, September 5th, my cousin Brittony went into sudden cardiac arrest and was deprived of oxygen for an extended period of time. She is currently in the ICU being cared for by an excellent team of doctors and nurses.

Brittony is in a coma and regardless of the outcome, the expenses will be great. My aunt is currently unemployed and experiencing her own health issues, so the family would appreciate any donations to help with covering these high costs.
