Thomas is starting this fundraiser for Brittni, a dear friend, a devoted mother of two young children, and a wife to a loving husband. Brittni was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and in a short time it progressed from stage two to stage three. She is now preparing for a double mastectomy and facing a long recovery while also trying to care for her children and manage everyday responsibilities. Brittni works as the director of a non-profit substance abuse program, and she is someone who gives so much of herself to others. She is always celebrating her friends, showing up for people, and being the wonderful mother and person so many know and love.

As Brittni takes time away from work for surgery and recovery, this fundraiser will help ease some of the pressure her family is under. Donations will go toward food, child care, utility bills, medical expenses, and the unpaid time off she will need while healing.
