My Story-

My beginning, My battle with Chronic Illness post covid/Vac, LAWSUITS

I grew up immersed in dance, theatre, and choir. Performing was not just something I loved, it was where I felt most alive. After high school, I followed that same passion for purpose into the medical field. I am a Redding CA, "Carr Fire" 2018 Survivor. During this emergency is when I ran towards danger to help other people get out, instead of running away from the fire. That's what sparked my passion and interest to be a firefighter/EMT. I volunteered as a FF/EMT but worked other various medical jobs. At the time of the Carr Fire I was already in school to be a Certified Medical Assistant. So I earned my Medical Assistant license, worked as a Clinical Lab Assistant, and volunteered as a firefighter and EMT. Caring for others was never just a job to me. It was my calling.

In late 2020 I got sick with Covid-19, I got sick and never got better. My first time being a patient in the er due to severe 10/10 head pain, nausea, tachycardia, ETC…. My life changed overnight. About a month later I had not recovered completely from Covid yet and was required to get the vaccine if I wanted to keep my
position with volunteering with the fire department, and working in the hospital lab. Within an hour of receiving the Moderna COVID vaccine, I experienced a severe reaction that triggered a hemiplegic migraine so intense doctors initially believed I was having a stroke. That moment marked the beginning of a battle I never saw coming. Its like what came first? The chicken or the egg.

Since then, I have endured relentless pain, seizures, depression, and treatment-resistant hemiplegic migraines. Over time, I developed additional diagnoses including POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), occipital neuralgia, and chronic pain syndrome, seizures.

My case has been described as complex and atypical, which makes treatment incredibly challenging. Post-COVID and vaccine-related reactions are still being studied, and many patients like me do not fit into clear clinical boxes. That uncertainty has made finding effective care even harder.

I have tried more than 40 medications. After years of trial and error, I finally found a combination of infusions, injections, and specialized procedures that provide real relief and give me pieces of my life back.

Why I Need Help Urgently

When I was forced to pause treatment due to financial strain, my symptoms came back aggressively. In chronic migraine care, this is called “chasing pain.” Once the cycle restarts, it becomes exponentially harder to control. My daily pain is severe and unrelenting, and the emotional toll of fighting this every single day has been overwhelming. Definitely affecting my mental health negatively.

On top of my medical challenges, I am currently involved in ongoing MULTIPLE legal matters in Butte County, California.(Search Brittany Roche) These cases stem from situations involving negligent healthcare treatment that caused significant physical and emotional harm not only to me, but tons of others as well.

Spark Notes version of the story ***that's NOT already public*** is I have NAUGHTY videos, and exposed unnamed people, and unnamed healthcare organization. They got publicly shamed when the videos went viral, and they are embarrassed and coming after me for every thing I have (don't have.) The legal expenses have created an enormous financial burden and have completely drained the funds I had set aside for medical care.

Every day feels like a fight for my health, my stability, and my future.

Please Help Me Keep Going

The treatments I found are not optional for me. They are my lifeline. Each infusion, medication, and procedure gives me relief, hope, and the ability to function. They give me a fighting chance to rebuild my life.

I am asking for help so I can continue the care that is working. My goal is simple: to stabilize, to heal, and to regain the independence and purpose I once had.

If you are unable to donate, sharing my story means more than you know. Every share helps spread awareness and brings me one step closer to recovery.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for supporting, and for believing in me.

Your kindness truly means the world.
